PATV’s Production Intern will gain exposure to the inner workings of a Public Access TV station and will further develop their video production/post-production skills by working on a variety of in-house and field projects, helping maintain video equipment, as well as assisting the PATV staff in daily operational duties.
Intern projects may include:
- Complete camera, editing, and studio workshops with staff
- Work as technical crew on PATV studio productions.
- Field productions and special projects, as assigned help edit PATV staff productions
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate is majoring in Film/Video Production or related field and is
looking to intern for college credit.
- Experience with digital video production/post-production.
- Have an interest in community programming.
- Computer literate, possess excellent written, oral, and communications skills.
- 10 hours per week, including occasional evening and weekend hours.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and on a team
