Who We Are

Community and Family Resources' purpose is to break barriers and build healthy futures by removing behavioral health stigma, supporting the recovery process, encouraging community connection, and empowering Iowans to thrive.

What We Do

Community and Family Resources provides integrated and exceptional behavioral health care and prevention services to those seeking help for substance use, mental illness, problem gambling, or co-occurring issues. 

Today, CFR serves individuals from across the state of Iowa, with offices in Ames, Boone, Clarion, Conroy, Des Moines, Fort Dodge, Humboldt, Iowa City, Pocahontas, Rockwell City, Tipton, Washington, and Webster City. Additional specialized Tobacco Prevention services are also included in Franklin, Hardin, Jefferson, Keokuk, Kossuth, and Louisa Counties.
