The Arc of Southeast Iowa

The Arc of Southeast Iowa was formed in 1957 by a group of parents and professionals interested in the welfare of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Since that time, The Arc has been active in providing classes, supporting programs, encouraging legislation, and increasing public awareness of the needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities.

The Arc of Southeast Iowa's mission is to foster communities of respect and inclusion for people of all abilities through advocacy, support and service.
