Who We Are
The Food Pantry at Iowa provides nutritious food and essential items to University of Iowa undergraduate, gradate students, postdocs, and faculty/staff. We work to reduce food insecurity while promoting dignity, access, and well-being across campus. Founded in 2016 by students who saw their peers struggling to afford basic needs, the pantry was built through grassroots effort, campus partnerships, and a commitment to making sure no Hawkeye goes hungry. We believe access to food is a basic need—and essential to success and well-being. In addition to providing resources, we raise awareness and advocate for solutions to food insecurity through campus outreach and education.
Anyone with a valid University of Iowa ID is welcome.
